We want your experience booking the Betterlife Astrology Conference to feel as considered as everything else we do. Here’s how refunds and cancellations work.
Ticket Cancellations
- 30+ days before the conference: Full refund, minus any payment processing fees.
- 14–29 days before the conference: 50% refund of the ticket price.
- Less than 14 days before the conference: Tickets become non-refundable, but may be transferred to another attendee at no charge.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@betterlife.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Event Changes or Cancellation
If Betterlife needs to postpone or cancel the conference, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled date.
Workshop & Add-on Purchases
Individual workshop add-ons follow the same refund windows as the main ticket. Add-ons are non-transferable separately from the main conference pass.
Non-Refundable Items
Merchandise, printed materials, and any items marked “final sale” at checkout are not eligible for refund.
