You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, login access (Meta Business Manager, Google account, hosting, etc.) where required, and any content, images, or approvals needed to keep work on schedule. Delays in providing these may push back agreed timelines without it being treated as a delay on our part.

Fees, billing cycle, and payment mode are confirmed before work begins. Work starts only after the agreed advance or first payment is received. Ad spend (Meta Ads budget, boosting, etc.) is separate from our service fee and is billed or charged directly, as agreed. Late payments may pause active work until cleared.

We work with care and experience to get you good results, but we don't guarantee specific numbers — leads, sales, rankings, or followers — since these depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, your pricing, and your team's follow-up on leads. We share honest monthly reporting so you always know what's working.

Once fully paid for, creatives, copy, and website work made specifically for your brand belong to you. Nukkad retains the right to showcase completed work (designs, campaigns, results) in our portfolio and social pages, unless you request otherwise in writing. Any third-party tools, stock assets, or licenses used remain subject to their own terms.

Either side can end the engagement with prior written notice, as agreed at onboarding (typically 15–30 days). Fees already paid for work completed or in progress are non-refundable. Any unused ad budget held with us (not yet spent on platforms) is returned to you.

Project updates, approvals, and reports are shared over WhatsApp and email as the primary channels. Please keep an eye on both so approvals and feedback don't hold up your timeline.

Nukkad is not liable for losses arising from third-party platform outages (Meta, Google, hosting providers), account suspensions due to policy violations outside our control, or business decisions made based on our recommendations. Our liability, where it applies, is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mohali / Chandigarh (Punjab) having jurisdiction over any disputes. For clients outside India, service is still delivered under these same terms unless separately agreed in writing.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect how we work. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
