Nukkad delivers ongoing services — Meta Ads, Social Media Management, GMB, and Website + SEO — rather than a physical product, so refunds work a little differently. Fees already paid for work completed, work in progress, or ad spend already run on Meta or Google platforms are non-refundable, since that spend and effort has already gone out on your behalf. If you cancel before any work has started, your advance is refunded in full within 7 business days.

If we're unable to deliver what we agreed for reasons within our control, you can request a partial refund for the undelivered portion — just write in and we'll review it fairly. Refund requests are usually resolved within 7–10 business days of approval, credited back to your original payment method.
